"If you have an ill / disabled partner beware of this establishment my wife has a few conditions I asked if they had a lift to be told yes what they didn't tell me was it was being unpredictable my wife was stuck downstairs made to climb stairs and left gasping for breath to be left in a main site of view feeling so poorly it was a disgusting situation to be in and clearly no one knew what to do please be aware"

"Very friendly staff, shown to restaurant downstairs. Covid safe measures in place. Ordered the steak & bottle of wine for two. Didn't disappoint. Absolutely excellent, steak cooked perfectly. Jason, the chef, came and spoke to us about our meal. Highly recommend the Grill restaurant at the Comfort Hotel."
"Me and the family had dinner at THE GRILL last night and I found the restaurant a great place to eat. Our food arrived to the table within 15 mins of ordering. My steak was cooked just the I liked it. The staff was very friendly and I could overhear them with all the customers treating them for all there different needs and food preferences. Also has an electric stair lift which I thought was ideal for some customers. All in all it was a great evening."
