"After several visits with unpleasant outcomes I had to leave a review. The man who works here firstly is very unhygienic. While trying to fix my friends vape he constantly touched his face and wiped his nose and continued to touch the vape. He recommended coils that weren’t for our vapes even though we asked several times whether he was sure they’d be compatible. Surprise surprise, they ended up breaking one of the vapes. When explaining that we believe it broke because of the coils he suggested, he refused to believe that that was the issue. Finally when trying to replace the coil, he said “you’ll have to lose a bit of your juice”. We said this was fine, however when he did it he poured out all of the juice that it was just filled with. Maybe we have had a specifically bad experience, however while we were there another man was clearly upset with the service he received and made jokes about the guy who was serving being unable to fix the problem anyway. Honestly just go somewhere else, they never have anything in stock anyway."
"The best service I have ever experienced from a vape shop, I have been a returning customer for over a year now and they are always friendly and helpful. Very welcoming when you visit in store and offer the best recommendations. They never try and push you to buy anything only recommend products based on what you tell them. I’m always surprised at how quickly the delivery arrives, once it was within 15 mins from ordering and I almost fell off my chair when the doorbell rang and saw them outside. I’ve never experienced a quicker delivery service. With no minimum order either you can easily buy a simple 10ml nic salt for £1.99 and they will still deliver for free. I cannot recommend this place enough for any vape user."
