"Not recommended. Not a professional business. Despite the fact I've been using them for weekly cleaning since January and being charged £20/hour for basic cleaning, a couple of weeks ago they didn't show up to their regular cleaning slot without any notice and stopped responding to my messages / calls. So essentially I've been 'ghosted' by Viktoria Cleaning! When I finally managed to get through to them from another number they said that they dropped me as a client because I cancelled too many times while I literally cancelled two times over 4 month period (with advanced notice) as I was going on holiday and wasn't even home. Really have no issue with the fact that they no longer want to work for me but have the common courtesy to say something or at least respond to messages so I can find someone else"
