"Not for me. Could talk much with friends or enjoy our space. Was really crowded, if I knew was a club I wouldn't have gone. Good music and good for dancing and young people. The 2 stars does not mean is a bad place, just not what I wanted for the day."
"Went here for the Crauc Den comedy times. Had lots of fun. The place looks like from another era, in a good way."
"This venue is so cool! I've been there once for a small gig and it was so intimate. Great atmosphere, great lights and furniture style, and I love the seats on the sides of the room."
"Not a great experience. When we got there we went into the main "dance" area downstairs and the live musician was not doing anything so there was no music at all. Went upstairs hoping for a better atmosphere and was greeted with a very weirdly laid out room. Drinks were expensive enough. Only good part was the smoking area which is where all the action seems to be."
"Went here after a few drinks at Porterhouse on a Friday evening. There was a long line at around 11pm. We went through the other bars entrance (just the one beside it) as we didn’t want to queue but surprisingly we ended up at workman’s club via the second floor door haha! It’s a great place to enjoy drinks and dance. It’s more like a club I think when it’s late in the evening. I love their music. It was like disco punk, feels so 80s to me but sometimes feels like house too. The crowd are mostly young people I think but who cares. I like that you can dance and no one bothers you :) their Jameson with ginger and lime is good and you can get it for 6 euros. I would no doubt come back here"
