"I am not happy with me chemist warehouse experience. I am 17 and not a theif, I wasn't even carrying a bag or wearing a jacket with big pockets to give off suspicion. As soon a I stepped in and was just looking around the security guard was constantly following me and staring at me which made me uncomfortable, it was very intimidating to say the lest. I was using small amounts of concealer testers on my hand when the security guard proceeded to tell me ws not allowed. Ok?! I arrived with good intentions and money to invest on makeup products but I felt queasy and my experience was not as I hoped , I will not be returning to this chemist warehouse and I jut want to raise awareness for any other teenagers like myself who are planning on shopping here ."

"Very impressed with the customer service this morning from Matthew. Matthew approached me and asked if I needed any help or assistance. When I was ready to purchase my items, Matthew informed me there was a deal on where if you spend over €30 you can receive a baby bundle worth €100. As I was buying baby items, I was delighted to hear this, so picked up another item to bring my total over €30. Matthew then asked if he could help me with my items out to my car, as he could see I was carrying my newborn in his car seat. Matthew asked his coworker to take over on tills so that he could assist me to my car. I was so impressed with his attentiveness and helpfulness, and I will be telling everyone to ask for Matthew when they shop here going forward."

"Great news this store was opened in this town. Two stars for cleanness and brightness in this store. Entered this store minutes after my wife and found a security guard staring at her like at a criminal in front of other staff and other customers while she was shopping there. What an embarrassing picture! I approached my wife to find the same security guard behind me, interrogating me if I'm "OK"!!! What a shame and intrusiveness! Customers are treated with absolute disgrace! We spent 130 euros here this time, but we seriously doubt we will come back again. Chemist Werehouse train your staff and your contracted security company to respect your very own customers that come in to spent, benefit your company and associates. Profiling and bullying your very responsible customers is disrespectful and shameful."

"I wish I could give no stars here, The staff are absolutely horrible. The customers are treated terrible by the floor staff and security looks like he's suspecting everyone of potential theft. I would advise just visit your local pharmacy. Don't expect a customer welcome at this place. The prices being minus one or two euro just is not worth the trip here. Staff seriously and security need seriously to be focused on customer service otherwise they won't be trading next year. From a small business owner with a family in Navan who's unfortunately visited here three times and definitely won't ever visit again. AVOID AVOID AVOID"

"Had a terrible experience in this retail store today. They are new to the town so I was firstly very exited to stop in and have a look. On entering the store I had quickly picked up a few things that caught my eye and even approached a girl on the floor to help me pick out a specific item. I then noticed the red headed old security lady had been following me around for quite sometime, this diddnt really register with me untill both security guards kept coming very close to me in an unoccupied shopping isle this made me feel so uncomfortable that I nearly rushed to the check out to pay for my items I had already chosen. I had to wait in the que for what seemed like half an hour because they only had one till open and and the lady at the check out seemed to be very stressed. Still freaked out at the fact I was being followed i quickly paid for my items and left, I was then followed to my car by said security officer who seemed to be taking note of my registration. I had no idea why this would happen as I had not been in the store very long and had already spent about 200 euros and politely interacted with Any of the store assistants I had come in contact with. I am very disappointed as I would have spent a lot more time and money here but it is safe to say I will not be returning. 13.11.2022"
