"Jason has done a range of jobs for us now: a deep clean, redecorating the bed room and a rubbish clearance. Efficient, flexible, competent - Jason did an excellent job, and we recommend him highly. 6 weeks later: I need to amend my review unfortunately. Jason was asked to do a clean to get the place ready for guests while nobody was around and I was travelling. When the invoice came, it was a lot higher than expected, and it included things which had not been asked for. When I asked for an explanation of the invoice, he accused me of not appreciating his job, and other strange accusations and insults, but refused to say how long the clean actually took. In the end I paid what he asked for but sadly I have lost confidence in him."

He responded quickly, he arranged to come quickly and cleaned up everything quickly! We are very happy about his service and really grateful for his help and support.
