"I'm so sad to be writing this review tbh. Max stars for some lovely people, and amazing studio decor. Min stars for my latest experience. Here are all the issues that I ignored because everyone was so nice: - I was put with the most expensive stylist - this is important for later. I didn't know he was considerably more than the others. I just wanted blue hair. - He could only do Fridays, so I repeatedly booked Fridays off work. - On only one occasion did he actually complete the entire job, every other time he clock watched and left for a second job. (Still paying the highest rate). - Then it became that he could only do Fridays after 3.30pm. This was an issue because I was already booking a day off work, driving 40 minutes each way, paying parking and then sitting for approx 5 hours. I had a wedding coming up so I agreed to the 3.30pm. - Then I was contacted because he needed to cancel that booking but I couldn't book a different day off work. Getting a bit frustrated now. Someone else agrees to do my hair and it works out fine. - At that appointment I realise I'm paying way more for his services when I could be paying less to the person who replaced him. Confused but at least I'd be saving money moving forward and I'm now not restricted to Fridays. - I rebook with that person for Sept for before my holiday. I originally booked 17th but literally 3 days later I messaged to change it to the 3rd. This change was made in July 3 days after I'd been there, so not a late notice change. This message was seen and responded to, I was given a new time and all was good. - I turned up on 3rd Sept and a different girl there looked at me like she'd seen a ghost. The person meant to be doing my hair was on holiday. They offered to 'tag team' my hair which I am not okay with so I rebooked and left. I found a new stylist and cancelled my apt. I was never going to leave a review. And now the reason for my review. It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't had an apology. After everything, I couldn't get a quick apology message for driving the 40 minutes, paying a full days parking in Stafford, then driving home with nothing to show for it?"
"Let me begin with the good points , the salon is lovely and whilst your there , your very well looked after ! More so than any other salon i have visited. Level of service is brilliant whilst your there, however the level of service is not good if you have an issue . I first contacted the salon (second time visiting after my hair colour stripped out in one wash. I visited on Saturday 19th February and went back to salon on the 24th February for a re colour . I did however have some extensions that needed colouring ( the extensions were colour matched to the original colour on the 19th but all the colour had come out . I was charged a further £60. At this point i was charged £130 within a week for one colour all over. On the 27th again after one wash the colour had come out again ( pic 2 , 2 washes) I contacted the salon on the Tuesday despite it happening over the weekend since i knew the salon was closed. Tuesday i sent a message. The salon ignored the message despite reading it. On the Wednesday i had messaged again asking if she had any thoughts on my previous message. The salon advised they had been at hospital the day prior and would get back to me asap. On the Thursday i asked for a partial refund on my hair as i had visited 3 other salons for advice . I was replied to within an hour and offered £50 Each salon had explained whilst i did have porous hair which it explained why it has faded albeit it should not after one wash there other issues were inconsistent colouring if the hair extensions, patchy , a glow at the top , then a section of banding and then fade . It required a correction service. I replied to the salon explaining I could not accept £50.00 and that it would be an £80.00 loss on my hair which i wasn’t willing to take . . On the Saturday again i had messaged in which the salon explained they had been busy all week and wanted to wait until the weekend to respond properly. This was never an expectation set in the first place but is a long time for a client to wait when their hair is simply awful. The salon explained the root regrowth which I couldn’t understand since i had my hair coloured in a space of a week. And my hair was pourous and implied conversations we had when we hadn’t . After the first colour coming out looking khakis tone in places i had asked to go a deeper auburn in attempt to keep the colour in. You can see in the photos that hadn’t happened. The salon again asked a few questions and then didn’t reply. Despite rejecting the £50.00 I have added all of our conversations as i am not a difficult client and i am not by any means difficult when it comes to my level of expectation when it comes to service either.i will now reluctantly have to continue with my charge back claim that I never wanted to do. Absolutely gutted if im honest. Ive been so patient but i just get ignored ."

Very reasonably priced for the services they offer too. Very welcoming, laid back & fun salon that offers styles and colours different to other salons around."
