"I always use this pharmacy. The customer service is always amazing very friendly staff. Today I was looking for a particular product the staff said they Might have some left somewhere as I needed it today and didnt have time to wait for it to come in from another store or online they took my details and said they will phone me once they come across it. In the meantime I bought something else they phoned me within 20 minutes to say they had my product and would exchange for me no problem. Thanks very much really appreciate the efforts of Ellen and the other girl went to today sorry I never got her name. Karl."
"Have been using this pharmacy for years, have noticed a deterioration of service and customer care over the last 2 years, the most recent experience led me to being humiliated and embarrassed. I requested my usual script only to receive all but my regular pain medication . After 6 visits I finally received it a month after requesting it and was short by 10 days. No apology poor communication. Will not be going back. medication."
"The worst experience ever. Incompetent staff who do not understand what it is to provide a service to clients. I went there on a Friday at 1:30 to collect my 6 month supply of allergy medication. However, despite what their website states, they were closed between 1 and 2pm. I returned around 4pm same day and I was told they only had one month supply in stock (strange for a pharmacy to only have 1 box of allergy medication in April = hay fever season, but alas), but they could dispense the 6 months supply now, and I could come back the next day after 11am to collect the other 5 months. So I paid c. €43 for the 6 boxes, and only got the one box. I returned the next day around noon. The same pharmacy assistant was in the shop, but a different pharmacist. After some deliberation between them, the pharmacist told me that under HSE guidelines, they could only give 1 box at the time and I had to come back every month for a new box. I explained to her that that certainly had the opposite effect on the whole Covid19 lock down, because now I had to make 6 trips iso 1 plus this trip on the Saturday for nothing, to which she advised me to write a letter to the HSE. After I left I decided I wanted my money back for the 5 boxes as well as the prescription, so I could go to a pharmacy in the village I actually live in, to avoid unnecessary travel. I went back in the shop and the assistant told me that it was possible to refund me. After waiting a few minutes I was only refunded €24. When I pointed out that that could not be correct, because I had paid €43 for 6 boxes, so I should be refunded c. €35, she indicated that 6 boxes was cheaper than just one box. After I asked her why she had not explained that to me before she indicated they could give me a refund for the 5 boxes, again I received a shoulder shrug. I did not receive an apology for the wrong information about their opening hours on the website, nor for the wrong information I was given on Friday about collecting the other 5 boxes the next day, nor for not explaining to me that 1 box was more expenses than 6. In short, completely unacceptable and needless to say I will never be back there. Also, most of their items for sale, such as vitamins or skin care, is 20% more expensive than in larger pharmacies in Naas."
"Great pharmacy always helpful and will go the extra mile to help in anyway they can. Well known locally for having great offers on perfumes and near Christmas they have brilliant selection of hampers and will make them to order at very reasonable prices. They know their customers well which makes you feel comfortable about the advice they give."
"Great shop very friendly and helpful staff"
