"I'd seen good reviews and recommendations for this place so thought I'd give it a try. I arrived on time for a 5.15 appointment. "She's just doing a cut and blow. Take a seat". 30 minutes later I was still sitting on the same hard wooden window sill seat, totally ignored, so I left. The huge clumps of hair all over the floor just added to the really poor first impression."
"My first time at this salon; booked in with Leanne after recommendations. Salon was busy and I had to wait 45 minutes . Leanne was very unprofessional as she just left the salon and said to me joanne is doing you, no other explainations? She also left other customers one poor girl had hair dyed and had to blow dry her own her. Not a good first impression. However Joanne and Kieran continued on exceptionaly. Joanne did a good job on my hair, will definitely recommend her. Very disappointed with Leanne's attitude and behaviour."
