"One member of staff (I think she had pink hair) that was absolutely lovely. The younger ones aren't helpful at all and seen in back or smoking outside most of the time. Seems to have problems keeping everything stocked up. (specifically the cheap coke, often find its not there) but prices are decent and it's always clean. From what I've seen they really need to hire some more people considering it's busy 90% of the time and they only have 1 person on the tills."
"When it's open, it's decent. Standard co-op. Staff are okay. Some are more friendly than others but as long as I'm served by somebody that isn't rude I'm not fussy. Reason for low review is that it's a nightmare getting your car out and driving down there just for it to be shut, which is a lot of the time. Random times. I know it gets robbed a lot, but I reckon around 25% of the time I drive around there it's been shut early or unexpectedly and this is really inconvenient. Please either staff your shop enough to keep it open or improve security so robberies aren't as common. Or just inform your customers via social media or your website that the shop has been closed, whatever the reason. I really hope this improves, as location is convenient and the staff that have been there for a while are really friendly."
"As a disabled driver I'm frustrated with how many able-bodied people park in the disabled spaces. There's a security guard that stands by the door if no blue badge they should be asked to move. People do better when I was able-bodied not once did I park in that space. If you want the space have my disability too. I'll give it to you for free! Please also don't leave cages in the aisles so I can't get past"
"Really very poor. Its a lottery whether it will be open or closed. It was closed yesterday lunchtime Saturday 24th September. The opening times had been covered over. We live on Bellinge but drive to the Rectory Farm Co-op which is very reliable with friendly helpful staff."
"This coop has seriously gone downhill. It is just this coop as all the other stores in the surrounding areas are fine. This is the staff not wanting to work. Why is there 5 workers 4 of them out the back smoking and 1 person on the till. I see this very regularly and then walk in the shop and shelves look empty and nothing has been faced up. They can’t even top the milk up which is a 5 min job. I know all this as I worked in a store slightly bigger than this for about 5 years. We was very busy all the time and done a much better job with 3 staff per shift. The store manager obviously has no control over their staff. It’s either that or they do not care either. Hopefully it improves because it’s not very convenient for me when they never have anything I want and they also not doing a good job of serving the community when a fair few elderly residents live nearby who can’t travel far and rely on this shop. They need a visit from management higher up to sort it out because it is a joke."
