"Absolutely shocked at the customer service at this garage I took about 5 scratch cards into cash up and they told me that it was too many for them to cash, even though i was the only customer present. The thing is if I'd wanted to buy 5 or 10 I'm 100% sure they would have let me. Then as I'm standing there scratching the number off so as to help the young lady as they need the last 4 digits to enter into the machine, she bluntly told me to stop scratching it as im not allowed to(I was actually trying to help you). Unbelievable how some people must just wake up and decide I'm going to be a awkward and some what pedantic oxygen thief."
