"Booked a group holiday which was cancelled and rebooked because of Covid which is understandable but now that the holiday is cancelled and Sunway have refunded our money to just split for some reason just split are withholding our money. with times as hard as they are at the moment to hold onto a refund that has been processed is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. from speaking to other people who have booked with just split they are having the same problem so it seems just split are deliberately holding onto people's money. after numerous calls and emails we are now finding it more and more difficult to get in touch with just split and will certainly never recommend or book with just split again. I would at least expect to be updated and kept informed but we are the ones constantly chasing the refund that sunway have already processed for a booking of 9 people which is in no way short change to people... this is happening to so many people and cannot continue."
