"Usually good. Not impressed yesterday. Went to buy a dog coat. Had it in my hands when a member of staff just said can I try this on a dig and took ir before I had chance to answer . She then proceeded to try it on a dog that was scratching like mad . It was the only one in the size and although she handed it back I wasn't about to buy it them. After using your store for years I will now be using a different store. No more pets at home for me ."
