"Console was sold second hand online, but I was not told that the screen was scratched, the one of the controller joysticks is in bits, and they couldn't manage a simple next day postage which I was not refunded for even though I ordered at 3pm - the package wasn't sent (at least according to royal mail) until 3.45pm THE FOLLOWING DAY, they just paid postage at 6.30ish pm the first day to make it look like they had dispatched it. It would have been acceptable if it was sent first thing in the morning, but these guys clearly aren't prepared to manage online sales to the standards we expect. Was it acceptable enough not to ask for a refund? Yes, just. Because I can't be bothered dealing with the admin."
