"We have stayed at marine court for many years wonderful location and the breathtaking views across the seafront. The proprietors,made us very welcome and so friendly could not do enough for us. Eastbourne is a lovely resort with lovely walks and the elegant seafront and town centre which has shops to suit everyone. Not to forget the famous fusciardis ice cream parlour ice creams to die for."

"BEWARE: the previous 5* review from Didi is a fake review by the owner. It's an awful place, stay away. This hotel was awfully equipped - only a few sheets of toilet roll, no fairy liquid to clean the dishes, no soap, no body wash, no shampoo. There was NO hot water the first night. The key to the front door didn't work - I had to phone and wait ten minutes to be let in. Lastly, the owner left a window in the hall wide open at night next to a bright light and huge insects flew in. Stay away!"
"I ended up staying in a few of the apartments during my stay in eastbourne and I can't t to return. The flats were recently renovated and have self contained bathrooms and kitchens. Amazing location and views. They are right on the beach and just a minutes walk from the pier, have a couple of pet friendly rooms. Will be staying here again"

Even though there were a couple of small hiccups the response from yourself and Chris were second to none !
