"If you enjoy shopping in the food section of The Range, then you'll like this place. Much the same, but on a bigger scale. Wouldn't say the prices were especially low enough to merit the visit and you have to multi buy to get the cheaper prices anyway. Nice enough shop though."
"Terrible experience within this store with no management present on a Sunday they could not and would not respond to a query over a discount code. I had to ring customer service myself after waiting 40 minutes with a huge queue of angry customers behind me. At no point did they prioritise customers. Staff are not well trained and whilst I was dealing with this myself (resolved via phone) they were rude and did not take customer service seriously. Supervisor was Lucy. Could have been dealt with much better. Very upset."
