"Excellent welcoming staff. Dogs allowed and clean up materials provided in case of disasters, and treats. Queues are dealt with promptly. Staff are knowledgable about every random question I need advice on, they take time with good old customer service and ensure they do their best to get the right product for you. The sale items are great value. For autistic customers it feels spaceous enough without irritating levels of music or noises even at Halloween or Christmas. I don't mind paying more than online for the great service."
