"Dealt with Shauna. I just got a new puppy and a first time dog owner. Shauna was a wealth of knowledge and support. Amazing tips and set me up with everything I needed. She recommended affordable options too and extremely knowledgeable about foods. Shauna is an asset to Maxi Zoo and deserves huge recognition. Couldn’t have done it without her. "Had to buy a cage to help our kitten recover after surgery, hadn't been here before but it was recommended by the vet. Looks small from outside but it's big inside - not as big however as the smile Aisling greeted us with. She was SO helpful, explained about cages and helped us select the right one. Took us to the cat food section and recommended some brands we hadn't tried before. Great experience overall, we'll be back."
