Lots of the other jewellers were trying to hard sell on us which instantly makes me want to leave. Louise wasn't like this at all. We were able to go away and think about it and as we didn’t live locally she took the time to do all our measurements so if we did decide to go ahead all we had to do was phone up. They went over and above with their customer service to replace the stone and return it to me quickly as I was going away.
