"Booked a taxi, got the text saying it's on it's way... It's was priced at 5.80 when we get in the car the man starts shouting £10 it's £10 (considering we got the same taxi 2 nights before at £5.80) he was saying he wasn't going to take us for £5.80 and kicked us out of the car. People need to beware that these drivers are greedy and they add more money on your fare. It's disgusting.. Called the office they said it was a mistake they're end but as we got into the second car the second driver told us the people in the office goes the long ways on purpose for more money as they're are road works going on.."

"Late almost every time. Rude and miserable sounding woman on the phone 70% of the time I call. Lack of customer service and lack of taxis, how can there be 0 taxis in the whole town available? Need to rework so you have spare taxis for NON School runs?? Maybe a good idea for people who WORK too?"

"Spent a lot of money using road runners, use them frequently throughout the week. Today the driver turned up 15 minutes early, waited 2 minutes then banged on my door numerous times. As it was early, I was in the garden not expecting the taxi for another 15 minutes. (They’re actually usually late.) then the driver just left. After calling the company, I got abused verbally and cussed at. With being a regular customer that spends a ridiculous amount of money with the company, you expect more. Maybe an apology? Not foul language. Or is that too much to ask when you’re spending £20 for a 10 minute journey?"

"So today a repeat booking taxi that's been arriving every Friday and Monday morning for weeks was a no show. Called up to be td I have the wrong taxi firm assues the call handler i do not to then be told that our booking had all been cancelled because a booking for last Friday was cancelled, daughter got a lift off Boyfriend for that one trip ... I explain they can not cancel all bookings based on one booking being cancelled was told ohhhh I expect what happened was my daughter told them to cancel the booking meaning they automatically cancel all bookings, I explained the conversation was can I cancel this mornings booking only and they by rights now need to honer the previous bookings, I was told they wouldn't die to a new policy ,( like magic over night on a Sunday appears) no more block bookings to be taken so don't call this company to book school runs and so on as none taken, he then proceed to tell me to go else where if I'm not happy. So we have been shafted and should be happy about it? Fantastic approach"
