"Shockingly bad practice and will cancel your appointments less than 24 hours to it. This practice has caused me so much hassle it’s beyond funny. I am currently undergoing a very expensive and continuous treatment which require regular scheduled appointments. However, 5 times have so far they have rung me to cancel appointments, which two of them, were hours before my appointment was scheduled for. Delay them weeks after. As you can imagine this has cost me my holidays from work and having to rebook time for these appointments. I have felt discomfort in my treatment which I was advised my dentist would call me back that day, which never happens. Then finally scheduled for an EMERGENCY treatment as I am in pain and my teeth becoming dis-aligned from this wonderous £2500+ treatment. A week later, just for them cancel once again. My treatment started in November 2021 and supposed to finish around April. With all these delays and bad practice care, it is now July 2022 and still multiple treatments needed. Avoid if you wish to go private."
