"Don't think twice in calling Roy. Super helpful and honest and went out his way to find out as much about the fault on the phone before having to do a call out charge to repair. After a little fault finding online he advised the repair would cost too much money and not worth it and didn't want to add an expense for a call out charge. He even advised on which brands to buy these days. Knowledgeable and honest and not trying to make money out of people so hats off to you Roy. Next time I have a issue, first point of call.
