"This was the first time I had used Jolly’s taxis, and I was extremely impressed: very professional, helpful and reliable. I called him at very short notice when I needed a taxi to pick up a young family (young Ukrainian mum and 2 children) from Norwich station at 10pm that night as I was unable to do it myself. Understandably I needed someone trustworthy. Jolly’s was the only taxi firm answering in the Wymondham area- it was a Monday night- and he rearranged his bookings that night in order to help me out. Jolly’s taxis put my mind at rest and assured me that he would be there on time and get them home safely. Their destination was a house in rural Norfolk which is very difficult to find (has been for other taxis) but Jolly’s had no problem with this. He very kindly kept me updated at pick up and drop off, which was a lovely touch and put my mind at ease. Excellent service, I will definitely be calling Jolly’s again."
