"Absolutely shocking company, rang last night as buses had been cancelled to where we were staying, there were 4 of us and a child, we were told 15 minutes but one should be along sooner, nothing came. Rang back and was told we would just have to wait, couldnt send one as didnt know where they were. Then cut us off. Rude and unprofessional. "WOW! What an amazing Taxi company. They collected 7 of us from our remote Reedham campsite last night at 9pm, took us over to Great Yarmouth. Met us again exactly at midnight after our curry & drinks and dropped us back off at the campsite all for a very reasonable fee. BIG SHOUTOUTTTT to Pablo & his fantastic drivers for going the extra mile and having amazing communication along the way. Calls/texts when they were nearby & answering the phone near immediately was brilliant & much appreciated on a rainy, cold evening with very limited food options near our Ferry campsite."
