"Booked in for 8am. No one shows until 8.15. Then the lady was quite unhelpful, as a new customer how did we know the "entrance" as sign posted was not the actual entrance. I asked where I should park up and got told just there, so I did as literally as I was told. But I felt it was a bad situation to put a new customer in, maybe they should realise new customers don't know where there entrance is or where to park up as there is a car wash on the same site."
