"We spent a good few thousand with this company in 2015, on bathroom items for our new bathroom and and en-suite. The En-suite mirror (150 quid..) and the tap and automatic plug became faulty recently. The chrome on the tap is rusting through, chrome on the overflow ditto, the works in the auto plug fell off and disappeared down the sink waste (which also had bad chrome...) and the silvering is coming back off the mirror. We went into Plumbco in May and spoke to a young man, who said that he'd look into it and get back to us. He never did. We then called in again and were told that they would get onto their suppliers, which they did concerning the mirror (although we'd bought it from Plumbco...). We got a reply from their supplier blaming us for just about everything to do with said faulty mirror. We then called on Plumbco (again...) and were told that as all this stuff was out of warranty by six months, that they wouldn't be replacing any of it. In a nutshell, we bought these goods in good faith and paid top money for what we expected to be quality items that would last. Sadly, that is not the case. In closing I would say that if you choose to deal with this company, look long and hard at what you are buying and especially any warranty. Once they've had your money, they're not interested. Deal with them at your peril."
