"My dads just been to the watertight plumbing and heating place by white arches thinking he would use local business instead of buying parts online! First visit spoke to a young lad who was very helpful and gave him the correct part - today visited for an alternative part to be ignored by five members of staff, one staff member responded saying they had discontinued the part and walked off and the lad on the counter completely ignored my dad when he asked if he needed a different part several times! And people wonder why we use the internet and why we go to bigger companies like wicks! He went to wicks and could have got the same original part for 10 pounds cheaper. Shame on you Watertight won't be recommending you and certainly won't be using you again!"
