"Thanks once again for your help and support and I have just donated £55 through ' Just Giving ' Coming Out Of The Mental Health Closet... We all experience anxiety to one degree or another, but when it inhibits us from living our normal daily lives, that’s when it becomes a problem that warrants attention in terms of treatment... Coming out of the ‘ Mental Health Closet ’ is important because it can empower you to do something about it and receive medical help. It also means you can access more social support among your peer group and work colleagues. I have found there’s still a stigma attached to mental health in this country but it’s slowly being broken down, and the more people talk about it the easier it gets. Be sure to remember that who you are to the world Isn’t what you say you are. But is instead, who you act as...!!! Choose to commit actions, instead of just talking about them. Set goals, and make plans for your life, and never hesitate to go after them. I would like to thank Terri c/o Neath & Port Talbot Mind for all her help and support. Sent from my Galaxy"
"When you're given an appointment at 2pm you won't be seen until 3pm, only to be asked why you haven't killed yourself yet, then to be told that your problems are physical, then that you should just make yourself more uncomfortable by looking at them (when you have an aversion to doing that). I would have been better off calling the Ghostbusters for the amount of use, care and help they provided. There's no questions why the suicide rate is that high when that's how you're treated. Do your best to not bother with Michael or Hannah unless you want to leave with the intention of buying a noose on the way home."
