"Receptionists are awful ! No empathy,aggressive,dismissive,talk over you when your trying to explain refuse call backs,appts tell you ring back 8,30am then you can’t get in touch ,I’ve seen doctor once in 18 months he was great ,just had major op needed to speak to doc Kirsty was aggressive ,I insisted how important it was even then she spoke to doctor ,then she rang back saying records updated!! That was it ,moved here 18mths ago have never been spoken to this way ,who runs this surgery the Doctors or Receptionists ! Angry is an understatement"
"I was advised by nhs 111 to ring my doctors surgery to have an over the phone appointment as I tested posited for Covid and need to speak to a doctor regarding chest pains . When I rang the surgery to explain this I was told by the very rude receptionist twice no appointments today and slammed the phone down. What a way to treat patients ."
"The worst doctors surgery I've ever come across. Have had life long batltes with this surgery to get things with my health sorted. So much so it is now escalating to me collecting evidence and preparing for a medical neglegence claim. Unhelpful reception staff, all whom which tell you a different thing every time you call about the same problem. Doctors that quite frankly don't know what they are doing, saying things like "well maybe you are just run down" or sending you for repeated blood tests with no actual results. I've had enough of thsi place, and will be taking them to court. If you value your life you will change surgery, if you have had late diagnoses as a result of their incompetence or escalating health problems from their unhelpfulness, put a claim in, don't mess around put the claim in and get some well deserved compensation."
"This group practise is awful I've been With them since I was a baby and never had anything good to say about them.always want to know so much of your business before booking your appointment and I told the woman before your not the doctor your the receptionist and she told me I need to know what is wrong to book you on with the doctor, absolutely discusting, during covid-19 at the start they weren't bothered about people wearing masks and there would be loads of people queing outside and it didn't matter to them if they wore masks or not, as lock down lifted I waited at the doctors and they would not let me in as I didn't have a mask so I asked could someone bring it to me they said no sorry we can't but the gent behind me also didn't have a mask and they said it was fine they will bring whatever he needed to him, find that absolutely disgusting so I was made to queue again after already queueing for 30 mins I had to re-que for another 20 minutes, and for my daughters jabs they sent me and letter with a date but phoned up to book and they did not do baby clinic then,I made an appointment with them I went to the surgery and they told me the receptionist has booked the appointment to early for her to have her jabs and it was on a Thursday wich isn't baby clinic but the woman that was doing the jabs said can we do same day and time next week I said yeah no problem and now there telling me her jabs are late and it's been booked for the wrong day again. Absolutely disgusting messing me about all the time I will be changing surgery's soon"
