"Staff really friendly and helpful, good range of items"
"This store is good as it has most thing, but they do seem to go out of stock on items frequently (not everything) I would recommend this wilko over the one in the town centre for disabled customers. I’m a wheelchair user and I often find I have a more pleasant experience here and the lift to the second floor is decent. The store itself is normally very clean and quite spacious, so again great for the disabled. The only problem I have is I wish they had normal baskets at wilko as the push along ones are not ideal when shopping along in a wheelchair. But that is something they do across the chain."
"Do not forget what do you want to buy and do not go along with your eyes on the things which allure you to grab it and pay for it. Lots of items in all over the shop."
"This is a reasonable store with a reasonable range but too often I see gaps in shelves (bird food especially has been hit and miss ever since covid lockdown). The biggest problem with the store I think is layout. You enter the store & are welcomed with stairs & lift to upstairs. The only checkout is middle of the ground floor. If you start downstairs & then decide you need something upstairs, you need to walk all the way back to the front of the store to go upstairs … get what you want … and then need to go all the way back to the front of the store, downstairs and back to the tills. Given a choice, I would happily pick the store in the centre of Bedford to this one."
"Wilko Store with two levels accsess via a lift or stairs have known the lift not to be working which can be a bit of a downer for limited mobilaty customers. staff are helpfull and frendly being to the far end of the site parking is not as as crowded like the main site with the big name stores located close to the burger bars and coffee shop some wheelchair acssable parking bays by the Store shared by the neighouring units."
