"Took my car here as recommendation 'the best place to deal with french cars' paid £78 for diagnostic booked it in for 2 days for sensors to be change and camera re calibrated rang me after 2 days and said we don't have time come and pick it up and re book so I did this booked again for 2 days (more if needed) I rang after 5 asking what was happening as I needed my car back they had done nothing except run another diagnostic and logged a call with some tech people who they were waiting to hear back off. I picked them up and rang them a few days later to see if they had heard anything as my car had now gone into limp mode they took my number again and said they would get back to me I've not heard off them since! Very poor communication and customer service! I've had my car fixed somewhere else now and only took a day!!"
