"Attended open evening. Best of all schools in area...fun and hands on activities and engaging staff ....BRAVO!!"
"worst place I have ever been. Modern-day Auschwitz. They treat us like prisoners and only care about attendance and uniform. Must line up and salute teachers and stay in silence the majority of the time. If you don't salute you get whipped."
"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Made the best decision for my son and my family today and deregistered him. Children are treated as numbers and statistics. If your face doesn't fit, you don't stand a chance. All the months of issues with my son and begging for help with his mental health etc and I never once heard a single word from the head of the school... he may as well not exist. Do yourselves and your children a favour and never step through their doors. It's not an Academy... it's a prison camp. Your child will leave with no character left, a shell of their former selves at best. AVOID"
"I would actually give 0 stars if possible. We begged our grandson not to go to this school but as his friends were going he really wanted to. This school, or should i say academy, or maybe borstal? is run by power hungry bullies. If they decide your child or grandchild doesn't meet their expectations then they will relentlessly bully them and exclude them until the poor child feels they have no worth. My grandson is only in year 7! he went to this school full of optimism and so excited about his future. He is now just so traumatised by his treatment of his so called educators, that seem more intent on bullying young children for their own amusement and enjoyment than actually teaching them, we find it unbelievable that this school is not under very close scrutiny by ofsted. Please please dont send your children here."
"Personally, the education for me was adequate and reasonable but my experience of wellbeing and safety and safeguarding, it’s terrible. The teachers create welfare days talking about how they want to help their students but when they talk, if their work is fine, then therefore they’re fine and they’ll leave it even if the student is physically crippling. The environment is so unsafe and has had almost lead me and my friend to suicide it’s so neglecting and toxic just please do not waste your time on this place it’s not worth it and I’m only in year 8"
