"I went online to book an MOT for my vehicle and whilst doing so, it offered me a service as well to which in return it discounts the MOT. Service & MOT booked! Arrive at the garage and its very busy and the guy behind the counter is battling to get his computer to work and the guy behind him is moaning because they don't have enough staff. Anyway, I'm told "no MOT booked - only service sorry" and told to come back next week. Next week - Drop the car off. The guy is still battling with that computer, but I'm assured my car will be sorted. I give it 3hrs and then call to see if the car is ready but the guy needs to check that computer again and it's not playing ball, but he thinks it's been done because the car in parked up outside. I check Vehicle Checker whilst on the phone and I can see the MOT has been done. Whilst waiting for this computer to load, I'm told "it looks like the service has been done and my front discs are 50% worn", to which I'm surprised as they were replaced 6 months ago. Arrive at the garage, the guy behind the counter seemed very confused, but i'm charged for the MOT I thought I'd paid for online and given paperwork that shows the 50% worn discs. Concerned about the discs, I decided to drive to the garage that replaced them 6 months ago. They inspected on the spot and showed me the measurements from both discs and both had yet to even wear in. (wasted journey) All in all the guys are very friendly here and I have used them previously through ASDA for tires and never had any issues but I left unsure that the car service was even carried out,- I'm sure it was but the incorrect information about the discs leaves left me with doubt."

"Well hard to give a review for work that didn't happen, but having waited over 45 minutes for someone to change a tyre and with no imminent prospects of it happening I left. Gave three stars for a tidy waiting room with TV otherwise a poor show."
