"Hi everyone, Just telling you, that just one person business. Never ever trust them even can give you appointment or kind of promise about fix your car. Never ever. Or maybe you are desperate and you have to go there just, stay with your car while fixing watch every step, do not go anywhere and make sure they are doing right thing to do your car. Otherwise, you can see your car under the street lights. while they are trying to change your car battery at 6 oclock evenning. Funny thing is they even didnt do that because they dont have experience about that. They put back the battery leads on and said "sorry". You think my appointment was at 2pm for MOT and car service. They cancel my service and I asked battery replacement, i did wait till 6pm. So, they didnt find a way to change the battery in that 4 hours. They are amazing. When you asked the bald guy; seroisly, you have never replaced volvo car battery before? he just said; ooo God!!! and he disappeared. Thats show how does run that business there, just runaway. Anyway, if you are looking for trouble, go ahead try, and face that with bill they already havent done something. I m very upset myself for i didnt take a picture of it, and you could see, how desperate that very young man was trying to change my car battery under the dark just using small lighter, even after 30min later finishes his shift he was keep trying. And then, why did your staff tell me that you can do it at 2pm after MOT and took my money for replace the battery? I have invoice from this company!!! Why? Why do you give false promises if you cant do, taking money and time? why?"
