"Good location, quiet area but... The number of cutlery just for one meal, so the dishwasher has to be used after each meal. The doors don't close anywhere. Under the sofa in the living room was not cleaned, in addition to dirt, there was also garbage from the previous tenants. There is constant noise from the boiler room. There is not enough hot water even for children. After check-out, they asked for a refund for the damaged carpet, I admit that the children could spoil it and not tell us and we didn’t notice that, but this is extremely unlikely. It turns out that you need to take a photo at check-in and check-out of all used items so that you can somehow dispute the refund decision."
"Very rude owner,screamed down the phone at us for making a bit of noise,kicked us out with not even 1 warning,had paid for 2 nights very abusive and threatening, unprofessional, don't stay here if you like chatting to friends after midnight."
