"Frankly unprofessional, they cancelled our reservation, which had been validated and confirmed 1 month before. As soon as we try to get more information about the origin of this cancellation, the service department does not answer. Very disappointed because it can jeopardize our trip, in short I do not recommend."
"Perfect staff, always in for a chat. There is a great atmosphere at Isaac's hostel. The common room is awesome and they have fun activities"
"My stay was pleasant, the facility was clean and enjoyable (with lots to do!) and everyone is super friendly and helpful (especially the front desk staff). However, I must comment on the fact that the current layout isn't very convenient. The lockers are in the very basement and outlets are few and far between within the dorms (I stayed in an 8 bunk room and a 2 bunk room). WiFi failed a few times but it was nothing the staff couldn't handle. Thank you for a lovely stay!"
"Very fun hostel! I stayed here for four nights in July. Pub crawls and daily tours are available. The staff is very friendly and has lots of good recommendations. Walking distance to lots of the main sites. Close by grocery store, bars and restaurants as well. Rooms are a little loud because of the train. Enjoyed my stay here but the rooms could be nicer. Lockers are available to rent in the basement. Lots of sitting areas, free breakfast and a kitchen."
"It's fine for what it is. It's a good location, only a 10 minute walk from Temple Bar and the rooms were clean and the bathrooms were better than most hostels I've been to. The security is good and they definitely take it seriously. The staff are quick to help with directions and recommendations. I've definitely been to friendlier and more social hostels than this one though."
