"The clubs themselves are good and the staff are always friendly, but head office is a complete joke. I have been trying to obtain a refund for money they owe me for over two weeks and they don't respond! They are utterly useless, would not recommend."
"Not so much a review of the group and service, but more so the employment / recruitment process. Was messaged on Indeed after sending my CV, and thoroughly explain within my CV that I have an aspiration in this line of working as a PE teaching. Tried to organise a phone call, told they would call at 09:30. Waiting at 09:30 for 5 mins, no call. Knock on door so go to answer. Get back and missed call / voicemail. Call them back instantly, and then continue to do so multiple times. Get a text saying “apologies on a call, can I ring you back this afternoon?” No call, then messaged asking if there was a convenient time for a call back and message has just been read with no reply. Very very glad I’m not working for this company after this poor, terribly disrespected and I didn’t even join!"
"My 4 year old son was signed up to take part in an after school club session at the school he has just started at (reception). I conformed all 9f the details with the school before I booked this session and with both his class teacher and reception on the day of the session and everything was fine and set to go ahead and arranged. When I turned up at the end of the session to collect him there had been an issue. No body from premier education had come to collect my son for the session, and none of the teachers could find any sign of this class. I showed them my booking email and they couldn't work out why it wasn't on. What is worse is that my son's class teacher was in a meeting and a teaching assistant let my son leave the classroom at home time, without a parent or after school club provider to collect him, and he was found some time later in the play ground. The school is taking this very seriously. And were tasked with finding out why the teaching assistant had released my son from the classroom, but also why no one from Premier had come to collect them as arranged. I reported this to the enquiry form on premier education website. A few days later I had a generic email aimed at all the parents who's children were booked on this after school club, to say that not enough people had booked on to the session and so it would be cancelled and refunded. There was no response to my report and no answers. I responded to this, and they were defensive and dismissive at all points. They were incredibly unprofessional, despite supposedly being subject to Ofstead inspections. They just didn't seem to care. Very dissapointed. Especially as I did everything to make sure that this class was running and everything was organised and prepared for it to happen. The school didn't know it wasn't on and neither did I."
"My son is currently attending one of the holiday clubs in Ipswich hes loving it and it was fairly priced for what you get as well. Staff are polite and friendly and signing him up was smooth and they send emails leading up to the holiday giving you relevant information and making you feel like you haven't been forgotten."
"My son attends one of these classes at his school. Your employee Mr Vorm is the teacher there. He is choosing the players to represent the school football team. My Son has been looking forward to representing his school team for a few years and for some reason Mr Vorm has taken a dislike to my son (Very unprofessional) chosen not to include him in the team and my son is devastated. My son plays for an academy football team and weaker players were chosen over him, and he was the only child not to receive a certificate on top if it all. This guy needs to re-evaluate the way he conducts his work for you and as a company you need to keep a closer eye on your unprofessional staff."
