"We stayed here for an night. Quiet hotel and the room we got was excellent. Stayed as a family, we needed twin beds for kids and they were quite obliging. We had a dinner in our package and the food was excellent. Breakfast was buffet and one thing i thought was superb was the selection of gluten free in the buffet. We didn't get to try the spa and fitness suite but from what I saw it looked excellent too. Walks and area are beautiful. Overall we would return again."
"Surprisingly pleasant stay at a very affordable rate. Stayed for one night on a business trip. It was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, and provided great service. There was a restaurant next to the lobby and a spacious bar on the second floor. The breakfast the next morning was a large European style buffet. Very tasty and great service. I would definitely stay here again and will probably go back for a family stay at some point in the near future."
"Where do I start, excellent service from start to finish. Went for an extended lunch yesterday with wife and daughter. New refreshed menu was extensive and catered for most palates. The staff surpassed themselves and were very professional. Quality of the food served was excellent and hard to beat. I understand that there’s a new management team in place for the past few months, and it’s obvious for all to see that they have their eyes on the ball. Well done to all."
"Stayed here for over a week , very lovely surroundings and normally a wedding or two at the weekends which can make it quite lively. The first room I had was the slightly less exuberant and had a small TV in a cupboard, older shower and the bed was not so comfy. I had asked if possible to change rooms, which was possible thanks to the lovely staff. The next room had a big TV with YouTube and a very comfortable bed and was very nice. The Breakfast was delicious every day, with a lot of choices. Staff were great, and the setting is very nice, so be sure to take a walk around and explore the gardens. Very enjoyable stay here. Booked in here again a week or so later, this time I got to stay in the old part of the hotel in the amazing suites, fantastic place couldn't fault it."
"Stayed one night with friends and could not fault this hotel in any aspect. The staff, of which there were plenty, were attentive, courteous and extremely helpful...especially the lovely Bernadette at reception. We enjoyed both lunch and food later in the bar which was excellent. The rooms were spacious and beautifully presented. The surroundings are immaculately kept and we enjoyed a lovely walk before our departure. We will definitely return and look forward to enjoying the spa facilities on our next visit. Very well done to everyone."
