Amanda and her wonderful team started caring for our Rupert when we rescued him in Spring 2019. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they're always at the end of the phone or an email. Rupert loved all the fuss they gave him and he was never stressed when attending appointments, as it was on his terms. Sadly, we lost our Rupert just a few days before Christmas. We'd spent the last few months trying to fathom what exactly was the matter with him, and everything was done to help him improve and live a comfortable life. The love, care and understanding Amanda and her team provided from the beginning right until the very end was outstanding and I'll never be able to thank them enough for all they did for Rupert and us during his lifetime.
