"Bernie was an amazing host! Our group of four young women felt so safe at this spot that was easily accessible to the city center. Showers were hot, sheets and towels were provided, breakfast was great. We felt so welcome and would gladly stay again."
"The lady was so nice and kind and her breakfast was amazing. The place is really clean and easy to reach by bus. She gave us a lift several times and she suggested amazing places where we enjoyed live music."
"We were greeted with a lovely welcome by Bernie, who had a map in hand with the nearest bus stops, sights of Dublin and recommendations of where was best to eat The room was beautifully clean, smelled great, comfy beds and the ensuite had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, which was so handy! Breakfast was delicious, cooked by PJ, who shared his time with us, telling us stories, explaining about some of the history and language of Ireland. His homemade bread is incredible, highly recommend PJ knew we liked country and sixties music, so made sure on our second day, that it was playing whilst we had breakfast Honestly, I'm blown away by Bernie&PJ'S kindess and think it's probably the most caring place I've stayed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or to recommend you come visit There are multiple bus options nearby to take you into the centre, or it's only a 25 minute stroll, part of which is along the Royal Canal Way. A big plus is, you're in the heart of real Dublin, not necessarily the touristy part, so you feel very at home"
"Price is too high and not worth it at all for what is offered. The hosts and the breakfast are nice but the rooms are old, have uncomfortble beds and are really noisy .. you can basically hear every single step from everyone at the building. In my case, someone with a very sensitive hearing, i couldn't rest at all after a very long day at work."
"Bookings it com said there would be free parking, which there was not. As a disabled travel I need this information to be accurate. The room was clean and tidy but s little small with 3 beds. Shower cubicle smamm but did have a handrail and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was full Irish plus cereal etc, very good."
