"The hotel was nice and staff were kind but they took a deposit from me and a random extra charge over €150, they don’t know how it happened apparently and I never gave any permission to take any money out of my account except when I paid for the hotel at arrival. I’ve been told it takes 24hrs for the deposit to arrive then 48hr and now 5-10 working days, this is also happening with the random extra charge on my card. Don’t think I will be coming back for this reason!"

"Vary clean and spacious room for family of 4. Love the breakfast as it has many selections. The location is also good at it is within 15 minutes of walking distance to most of the city attractions. Pricing wise. It is quite reasonable for a hotel with this level of standard. The hotel staffs are also very helpful and friendly. Another good thing is the Gym is 24 hours."

"excellent location, rooms was fine - attention we had only shower, breakfast was standard without significant highlights. Service needs to be improved across the board and in my opinion, it is a culture and management topic. Subjectively, there were sufficient service staff available. On arrival they gave us a a room that was not fully functional. This can happen - but only the locked door code after arrival in afternoon signalled us that something was wrong. The desk gave us a new room, but that we must rearrange the room itself (under the supervision of a staff member) was the icing on the cake. A automatically shoe cleaner is not needed so often, but in winter it is valuable. Apparently, the polish was out, and I ask a white-collar employee. His reaction “This is a housekeeping topic!”. He guy, you are a team (regardless of your role) with the common goal of creating excellent experiences for your guests. In a good hotel, even the director would thank me and organize a solution. In Radisson Dublin, the polish was not refilled until departure. The room cleaning was okay, but you should not look closer either. We have paid for the room >390 EUR per night with breakfast and that was just not worth it in the overall rating."

"The location is not the best however this is made up by the reception area and service from the team there which is excellent. The sky bar and area is exceptional and the bar staff fantastic friendly professional with warmth. Had a company event there and all was great. Loved it"

"My husband and I stayed here for the first two nights of our honeymoon. We had a lovely room and enjoyed the included breakfast. The service at breakfast was always great and we enjoyed the food very much. We found this hotel to have a nice location that we could walk to many different sites and spots, but come night time we weren't kept up with any noise of being too close to things. There was some frustration around check out as we had to get going to our next stop and the desk informed us they called us a taxi. After 25 minutes of no taxi and no updates, we ended up hailing our own. Normally not an issue but we had been assured one was on its' way for us. Overall a blip in the radar of a lovely stay!"
