"Oscar had his nails clipped. Oscar is the most stubborn dog in the world. The amazing girls kept him calm and before we knew it we were on our way home. A fantastic bunch of people who obviously love dogs and their jobs. I can't rate them highly enough."
"Impressed with their due diligence in fish care and support, only thing I would say is communication isn't always very clear and can be a bit misleading. Perhaps offering individuals pamphlets that takes them through the steps of the checks they go through before allowing purchases of fish would be a useful thing. If this already exists it wasn't made available to me at the time. Ultimately this led to me not making any further purchases and backing out of buying an aquarium , but we still pop in to get cat supplies for our feline friend."

"Good range of products, treats at the tills for dogs. Very rare not to have to queue past the rabbits behind glass (tempting if you take your dog in). Queues being the reason for the deduction of a star. Watch kids or dogs near the freezers as the wires are often visible as the covers are off and of course it smells good (to dogs) as the freezers contain raw food."
