"Totally misleading phone information VS what happens when you go in. Was told in phone before conversation they do not take appointments and doctor would diagnose you and you would get neccessary scan that day. TRUTH IS... for anything other than xray, you need referral and appointment. Doctors are only there for walk in emergencies and only xrays can be done that day, everything else needs letter and pre booking. Total waste of time going here because phone info was misleading."
"What a joke. Called before showing up and they told me to go there only to be sent to A&E because they don't do stitches to under 18yo. What kind of a place is this? I'll be taking this with my insurance."
"Nurse (Jasmin) and Doctor this evening in the Expresscare were amazing, so kind and helpful, really appreciate the care, couldn't ask for better, thank you!"
"Called to check if they could see my partner about an eye infection. Said yes come in and when we came in told they cannot do anything and to see her GP or go to an Ophthalmologist but they would not do a referral. Other option suggested was to go to a hospital A&E but also could not do a referral. Seem to only do simply treatments and direct anything else to GP or A&E."
"While I was see quickly and everyone was friendly, that was about as much as I can say about this place. Why is this even called a minor injury clinic if they can’t “sign off” on a fracture? I went in after I hurt my foot, and while it was fast and I was seen to quickly, things soon went down hill. When I arrived home, I received a call from the doctor saying I have a (singular) fracture. She said I did not have to do anything, I just need to see a fracture clinic because they can’t sign off on these. But she said that when these are treated in ED, they get a walking boot or sometimes nothing at all. I emailed for my report, letter, and x-rays. I assumed the letter and report were the same but the letter had no info. No advice for care was given. I presented to ED at a hospital because I was concerned I aggravated it and they don’t think I have a fracture. I called the clinic back for more info and I was FINALLY given my report where it says I have TWO fractures (not just one). And that I need to keep my boot on at all times. I wasn’t doing that because the first doctor said nothing about that, so I took my boot off to stretch my ankle gently, ice, and elevate it. I may have worsened my injury because of this place. Avoid and just go to an ED. Useless and expensive. EDIT: Don’t ask me to contact you and then ignore my emails. I sent two emails to the address they replied with below and have heard nothing. They don’t care about improvement and I will be escalating my complaint."
