"Had the worst experience on Wednesday with one of the receptionist, she was the rudest person I have ever come across and she’s not the only rude receptionist that works there! myself and my whole family have being using the health well clinic for so many years and and the service gets worse and worse every time, I wouldn’t mind but €60+ every time you need a consultation any extra charges they may charge. Think it’s time they rethink the staff in this establishment."
"Admin are very rude and not a bit helpful in this practice ,they don't make you feel welcome and it's like they don't want to be there and your an inconvenience to them. They could do with customer training because they don't have any."
"It was well respected Doctor John McDermott why I joined the clinic some 16 years ago, but now he has gone long time ago and substitute doctor Farid Ibrahim. seems is not acting in your best interests. As per my last visit he didn't want to answer relevant to health questions as I rose a concern because my healthy friend died from vaccination and not from virus itself and some others have severe issues from the vaccine. The advice he gave me: "go to HSE website and read everything"!!! Such broad unspecific answer equals to a none-answer at all and he blindly branded my reference a 'conspiracy theory' as I was curious to his reaction. Do you need to see a copy of Death Cert, Mr. Ibrahim, next time so I could have more adequate response from you?? Also he proudly mentioned that he has been to some medical webinars. So what?! Does it worth €60,- for such rubbish wrapped as "professional medical advice" I actually read some information from hse.ie, but search on the site returned no results relevant to my question. He was unwilling to talk while on paid duty and said after 2 minutes: "that we’ve finished and can discuss that next time". Well, at another €60,- of course. Is it new normal?? I found that the standards of care that Dr. F. Ibrahim began demonstrating are well below of HSE norms who he represents and hope that he won’t be causing even slightest damage to health of people of Ireland in the nearest future."
"Rude reception, their doctor attempted to send me to a mental health clinic for review after my job sent me there after 3 visits of me telling him I felt ok, I think in an attempt to help my company with a possible future court case. Avoid. Dangerous and disingenuine. Untrustworthy."
"They gave me a referral for a knee scan and I received the results by post and nothing is critical. It's clearly written to call the doctor if I wanted to discuss, but the reception said that talking to the doctor by phone is impossible, and the the only possibility is to take an appointment with charge of course. I'm really disappointed"
