"I called the clinic today to ask some questions and to make sure they took medical card and I spoke to a lad who was great and answered all my questions and was just very helpful. He was lovely to my girlfriend who asked a few questions as well. I would have given 5 starts if it wasnt for the lady on the counter who spoke to me girlfriend like an idiot when she gaveme the form. If it wasn't for the two men we spoke with I probably would have given 0 stars cause she was so unbelievably rude. I then dealt with another Man who took my form and signed me up and he was absolutely lovely. He explained how everything worked and when I had to go for an X Ray he was real helpful telling me where to go and how it all worked. The clinic was very busy though and I had to wait for over an hour but that's nothing compared to what it is like at other places so was worth the money though but they need to do something about the old women on the counter who was very rude but fair play to the man on the phone and the other man on the counter who didn't make you feel like a dope. I would still recommend though cause for 75 quid you get an appointment with a Doctor and she was lovely. You get an X-ray and that was great and I was given a boot plus a letter for work. Just ignore the rude women on the counter. The parking is very expensive though if you decide to drive. But again better than waiting hours at the hospital. For 75 you can't go wrong. Deal with the rude staff and the place would be perfect. Deffo beats wait 12 hours at the matter or James and sitting with a bunch of winos. Hopefully I won't have reason to come back but if I didn't would be this place."
"Had the unfortunate need to attend here! Partner did something untoward with their ankle and we were lucky enough to be within attending distance of the Urgent Care clinic here. Having little experience with the type of setup to expect and of course being in a bit of a panic our uncertainty forming as anxiety was through the roof. It's awful when you feel so helpless. However as soon as we arrived, the guy on the front desk (whose name I regrettably cannot remember) immediately took hold of our situation and through knowledge, patience and what felt like genuine care towards us, we instantly felt like we were both in good hands! Top knotch service/treatment had us in and out hours before we thought possible and we felt the care from the moment we arrived through to when we walked/hobbled back out again. Not sure who reads reviews prior to attending an Urgent Care Clinic - but if you are - hurry up, you can be assured of an absolutely competent and assuring experience here! Thank you again to the star on Reception and our care providers!"
"When I got there, I was told the clinic was closed for at least one hour and I would have to come back. I was in pain, and live far away, so I got upset, however, the staff was really attentive and nice. The receptionist even went out to get me to come back when they thought things were back bf one hour, however they weren't, so I had to leave again. One hour later, when I came back the second time, I was seen in a matter of minutes. In one hour or less I had the x-ray done and was omw home. All staff were super nice, specially the receptionist of the building. Overall it was a good experience. Better than I was expecting."
"Was there yesterday morning to have Wound Checked & New Dressing put on. Very efficient , lovely professional Reception Staff. Oisin was so kind & Professional. Was in & out in less than 1 hour. Well Done to all."
"I was just turned away from the clinic on crutches for not having an "injury". I repeatedly tried to tell the receptionist I hurt my foot while walking over a week ago. She repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking to the point I couldn't even finish a sentence and had to just leave. She has an unbelievable lack of basic manners to be working a front desk. Also sent me to a closed GP. Well done. Looking at the bad reviews here there are quite a few about your ignorant receptionist. Mater, what are you going to do about it?"
