"The nurse and the female doctor (I'm sorry forgot her name, it's been a day) are the only people worth going to this horrible place for. The receptionists never pick up the phone, which I understand ok they're busy but it makes it impossible to make an appointment unless I go in there myself which is difficult when working 9-6 shifts 5 days a week. However, the worst part is the doctors are always rushing you out the door, even when the waiting room is empty, make you feel stupid and small for asking questions - I don't know these things! I'm paying €65, I think I deserve 5 minutes to have my symptoms be explained to me, and to ask questions! Instead of walking out of the clinic feeling scared and upset and stupid. It's common decency :( Not in a rush to come back and I hope I can switch to a different clinic asap. If you're looking to join - STAY AWAY if you want someone that cares."
"Been with that clinic for 10 years now and thats way too long. Had enough of their horrible service. Grumpy registration office ladies who are hanging up on you when they get tired of you. Phones not working during their working hours on regular basis. Now they want to take money for no show. Tried to cancel but as usual phones were off. No help in emergency situation whatsoever. Stay away."
"I’ve never been so bad treated in my whole life ! The girl that takes the phone calls is rude ,disrespectful, breathing deeply on the phone , had the phone call slammed on my face twice . The doctors may are good but I just gave up going there , to don’t get the “opportunity “ of maybe meet this girl In person ."
"Doctors are ok - however some have more people skills than others. Reception staff are dreadful. Very rude, and to be honest, incompetent. If it weren't for the convenient location, I would certainly go somewhere else. Every time I need a prescription renewed, it's a hullabaloo. I've been on the same medication for over a year and they still mess it up. Two weeks following visit, and the cert still hasn't arrived at my pharmacy. Reception have no skills to deal with people who are possibly in a vulnerable position. Zero sympathy or delicacy about a miscarriage, just bluntly saying "you were here when you were pregnant". They don't have the manners to sell a bottle of coke in a shop, let alone deal with patients."
"Attended this clinic, had to fight for a referral to a psychologist for mental health. When they finally provided one the psychologists office was no longer taking on new patients. Actually unbelievable, avoid at all costs. The receptionists are very rude and unhelpful, even incompetent. Received a document for social welfare for a few months, every time it had the wrong diagnosis on it. Eventually I gave up. Once I made an appointment with my doctor, only to arrive to walk into her office after waiting an hour and meet a stranger (Dr Clodagh, also very good). But come on! I traveled all the way from Bray for my appointment, which was made in advance, only to be told Dr Kelly wasn't working that day. And it wasn't even the receptionists who told me, they let me sit there and wait until I came face to face with NOT my doctor. There have been multiple times important documents or test results have been misplaced or late. Also had tests come back incomplete after months of waiting and had to do the whole process again. On the whole, a really frustrating and disappointing experience. Most recently had a phone consultation to discuss mental health only to be told I "sounded fine". Very upsetting. If you value your time and well-being, I really recommend finding somewhere else. Sorry Dr Kelly, get outta there!! You too Dr Clodagh. I won't be going back."
