"No patient could possibly rate this nightmare of A&E a high score- the standards and speed of care are of a 18th century , extremely rude nurses and admin"

"Very bad service,Been release from hospital 6 weeks ago after 3 days in the ward, back to hospital appointment today been told they left short 5 more blood tests which should be done 6 weeks ago, also some of the tests results report from 6 weeks ago are still missing, when I ask why?The doctor’s answer is “I don’t know”.At this situation,if I want to get my body completely checked I have to agree the further blood tests today...So I did. Before I agree the blood tests the doctor told me will see me again in two month time, after I agreed the tests she told me will see me in one month time......I was asking myself “Why”,I know u have to follow up what the doctor say. After I arrived home about 2 hours been released from hospital,I get a phone call from hospital,The man on the phone told me have to pay the full bill today over the phone..."
"Great teaching hospital and very large. Has up to 7 floors and more than 800 beds. Has shared rooms and single rooms. Literally need a map to go from one end to another, you have to keep asking for direction to visit a ward. Large car park underground but too expensive. Well served by buses so can avoid that. Reliable place to be if sick on holiday. Has two major entrances on adjacent street so difficult to meet or find someone here..."
