"The entire process for booking a scan was seamless with Affidea. I got an appointment for Tallaght much quicker than I expected, which was great. A lovely, bright, very clean and well maintained facility. All staff I encountered on the day were extremely friendly and courteous, explained everything and did everything to put me at ease. The scan itself was very straightforward. Also their 'Connect Patient' app is incredible as it meant I could look at the actual scan images within hours of the scan taking place. They also send the scan directly to my doctor so they can view it immediately too. The app means your information is in one place, making it easier for me to access it whenever I need to. Five stars!"

"Staff weren’t very friendly, nothing was explained during my ultrasound very rushed, told me goodbye without offering me too see the scan. I was given a sheet of instructions after of how I could view pictures of my scan within 12 hours, never received the link, requested online multiple times and rang the clinic they told me they would send a new link. After 2 days with no reply I had to call again to ask what was going on and was told I wouldn’t be able to view pictures of my scan because for my type of scan they won’t send me the pictures or post them on the app I would have to buy a CD? I’m really annoyed as they never bothered to contact me to tell me this and they gave me wrong information in the clinic. Customer service is horrible everyone tells you something different, rarely answer the phone and if they do, they don’t bother to do anything, would not recommend this place at all the stress they put you through with no apology and a bad attitude."

"The clinic is really good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Got images of my scan in an hour, and my GP got them in a week, as told. Was really worried about the exams that I needed to do, and different staff members were really empathetic and supportive. In special the receptionists. I highly recommended."

"I had some scans done at the Tallaght centre and the place was very clean, well maintained and they were available at the exact time my appointment was. The people working there were very polite and helpful and the person doing the scans was nice and did a complete job. They provide everything for you, even a room where to get changed in a hospital gown, there are wipes, wet wipes, towels and you can keep the key to this room to put your belongings while doing your exams. In the afternoon I had the scans available to see on the website (because I requested them) and 10 days after, the report was ready too. I can only say good things about the place and the experience. I would recommend it to anyone."

"I read the reviews before I went for my appointment and it almost put me off going, but I'm glad I did. The staff at the desk were very helpful, I was seen to on time, the mri was easy and comfortable. I got my images within the hour and my results were sent to my GP in less than a week."
