"I had a Retül bike fit from Specialized Concept Store Norwich as an intermediate cyclist, ahead of an 100 mile sportive. The experience from start to finish was first-rate. Jack, who was knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly, guided me through the fitting. The level of detail the Retül system goes into was impressive and Jack was able to make adjustments to get all of my measurements into an acceptable range. Jack also recommended a new seat and stem to compliment this. The result, my bike is far more comfortable and my power output has improved significantly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service to any road cyclist, regardless of experience."
