"Booked a taxi in the morning three hours in advance. As the taxi didn't show up I call them. They said the driver is on his way. Minutes later they said the driver is not coming and other driver is going to come. In 5 minutes. In the end no taxi arrived so I lost my hospital appointment."
"Instead of telling me the taxi was going to be late, a woman with anger issues shouted down the phone at me and told me the taxi turned up and I wasn't waiting for it. Eventually my taxi did turn up but I will never use this company again. She was just the same in person when I visited the taxi service on a previous occasion. I will be avoiding swallow travel and phoenix taxis because they're now the same company. If anyone wants a reliable friendly service covering the whole area, I recommend New Fforest cabs."
"Shocking service and not the first time, and the attitude of the woman on the phone on Fri 1st April, she has anger management problems. We booked the taxi at 9.30pm for 11.30 pm which was a no show, phoned again at 11.50 to be told it'll be 10 mins it's on it's way, surprise surprise no show again. The woman taking the calls needs to be trained up or replaced with a better attitude. Won't be using this firm again."
"Shocking service driver lovely to take us out locally. Booked return trip taxi in car park I ask him if he was for us he said someone else. He drove off with no customer I rang 3 times apparently not allowed to pick us up waiting 20 minutes never book again. Absolutely shocking service woman on phone attitude was terrible if she only said we running late sorry. Driver was lovely unfortunately I would never use these again."
